If the Recipe Collection isn't the right fit for you, email us within 7 days of your purchase and we'll issue a full refund — no lengthy forms, no hassle.

Simply email hello@healthyrhythm.fit with your order confirmation and a brief note, and we'll process your refund promptly.

Once a refund is issued, access to the downloaded materials is no longer authorized, and we ask that you delete any downloaded files.

Refunds are typically processed within 14 business days and returned to your original payment method.

Our 7-Day Kickstart email series is free, so no payment is collected and no refund applies.
